Mark,

Uninstall it manually. Remove the installation folders, clean the registry - 
that would take care of taking out keys that create the entry in the Add Remove 
Programs windows utility, and drop the database from the database server. That 
is a lot quicker than relying on the uninstaller even when it works. It has 
worked for me so I don't know why it isn't for you but I wouldn't waste my time 
figuring that out.

Does anyone have or know where I can find manual uninstall procedures for ARS 
6.x server?  Windows uninstall won't do it.
