Hi Sean, When you get the option Run the environment checker utility,there must be some input options like yes, no, or other you just need to select yes and installer will check the environment compatibility. Also, CMDB is a stand alone application therefore you need not to follow any specific order to install CMDB. But it is preferable to install before ITSM suite. CHARU
