Vinit, Right click on the Vendor form when opened from the Admin tool, and the topmost option 'Fields from... ' will display the list of fields when selected.
Some of the fields you see here will be in abbreiviations such as uid for User ID OR o for Organization, etc.. So you will need to know what you are looking for. Hope this helps..
