Hi Sachin, What sort of error is being received on that PC? There is a variety of errors that can be raised, and the most regular (that I've experienced) is a Visual C++ error - the only resolution I've found so far is to try to re-install the Remedy client.
There's also a chance that the user in question is on a prior release of the client - running a 5.1.2 client against 6.3 can give unpredictable results ....
