Below are highlights: This resource provides solution architecture and engineering support to an existing BMC Remedy Action Request System installation. The resource must be able to design and code updates to the current configuration of the system as well as update the Remedy application with changes based on documented user requirements. This resource will also be required to apply any periodic updates or patches to the Remedy system to ensure the Remedy application is operating on the latest release and/or patches. * Minimum 6 years total work experience as a Remedy Solutions Architect * Systems integration, database design and development experience with Remedy Action Request System Installation * Custom web-based Customer Relations Management solution development, design and implementation, including requirements gathering and analysis, application design, code development, testing, user acceptance, system documentation and training.
