Manoj,

If the Change Request is in a state prior to SCHEDULED, the tasks will
stay in Staged. There is workflow that fires the tasks when the Status
is Scheduled.

This is similar to Incident requests also where a task will stay in
Staged until the Incident is set to In Progress.

Hi All,

 

When i am updating task status from staged to assigned in case of change
management it throwing an error:-

 

"This task (or group)  must be activated (from the parent) before it can
be changed to the status:  Assigned  (ARERR 45093)"

 

so please suggest any fix for this.
