All,

Our QA dept is asking that for certain actions, the user should be
prompted to re-authenticate into Remedy (mainly the mid-tier). They
require that the user need to type their user name and password..
however I may be able to get away with just the password. Has anyone
seen this type of requirement and if so, what is the best method to
implement?

For further info, my environment is AREA LDAP authentication and not
allowing guest users. All users (even non-support) have user ID's within
the system. SSO is used on the mid tier.
