I think you might be talking about the flag in the SHR:SchemaNames. Query that form and set the field Has Asset UI to No on whatever classes you want to remove from the menu.

I thought this would be a relatively easy task - navigate to the CMDB Console, then to Class Manager tab, then set any class I didn't want to see from 'Exposure' = "Visible" to 'Exposure' = "Hidden". But, alas, when I log back in, navigate to Incident Mgmt console, then to 'Manage CI's", the menu item I just set to "Hidden" is still visible. Am I doing this the correct way?
