I think you might be talking about the flag in the SHR:SchemaNames. Query that
form and set the field Has Asset UI to No on whatever classes you want to
remove from the menu.

ModificationTo: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Hello All,
ARS 7.1 Patch 002
Windows

We are rolling out our CMDB and aren't going to use all of the available
classes, so I want to
modify the CMDB Class Menu Items so that we don't see all menu choices when
searching for a CI.
I thought this would be a relatively easy task - navigate to the CMDB Console,
then to Class Manager tab,
then set any class I didn't want to see from 'Exposure' = "Visible" to
'Exposure' = "Hidden".
But, alas, when I log back in, navigate to Incident Mgmt console, then to
'Manage CI's", the
menu item I just set to "Hidden" is still visible. Am I doing this the correct
way?

Thanks,
