Hi David, Are you also taking suggestions of topics that people would like to see covered at the conference? There are some things, such as a presentation on customizing the Change Management approval process, that I would like to hear experts at BMC discuss with us. I've made customizations to it, and they seem to work, but I'm sure there's a better way.
