We have an immediate need for a training resource for a project that is
going to go-live at the end of July.  Essentially this is for Incident
management only.
 
The position is in San Francisco (downtown financial district) and the
customer really wants a true Remedy trainer to come in and...
 
1.) Develop curriculum (much of it off-the-shelf but some specific to
their usage)
2.) Train application admins
3.) Train end users
4.) Do a week of "go live" support answering user questions as needed
