Scott, The Oracle error message points me to this idea:
Please verify that this form "AR System User Preference" has this field "TableField Column Order"(Field ID: 20131) on your ARS server. If the form has that field in it then I would suggest: 1) Verify who last changed the form and when they did it (before other changes are made) 2) Add an optional field (*not* display only) with a "custom field ID" something like 1200010100. See if you get an error message during the attempt to save the form. If no error... then see if the Mid-Tier still has problems. If no problems. then go remove the field created in Step 2 above. See if you get an error message during the attempt to save the form. If there are still no errors... then see if the Mid-Tier still has problems. I am guessing that your missing this field and that someone "deleted" the field. Another possibility is that permissions have been changed on the form (like moving the form to Public Hidden) that might also break the Mid-tier's ability to see the form/field in it's interest.
