We applied the 006 patch to AR System, ITSM, Approval, Mid-Tier, Email Engine, Flashboards, Migrator, AR User and AR Admin. The permission on the form are the exact same as in the pre-patched version, I had the old database restored in order to troublshoot, so I can't figure out why he gets only blank results and why he can't edit the data.
