While this might be good news ... we have had our own FLEX (Xtreme)
integration
available to our customers for some time.  
 
Bottom-line with our integration is, we do not need Remedy ARS Mid-tier to
function.  
Instead using our FLEX integration, XML-Gateway and Tomcat we totally avoid
the MT and provide our
customers the ability to use our solution on a browser of choice regardless
of hardware.
 
Where does the article mention the ARS Admin Tool ?
 
We have provided a link to login and review our solution in previous posts.
One thing that 
continues to come back to us from user comments, is the speed and
performance of this 
interface as compared to ARS MT.
