I can't remember if there is a way to tell Remedy to reject incoming emails from users when they reply to a message that Remedy sent to them. We don't have "Incoming" emails setup - only "Outgoing".
If I remember correctly if a user replies to a message from Remedy it stops all other messages from coming out. I'm running ARS 7.0.01(patch 002), Microsoft Exchange, SQL 2005.
