Hi All, Few weeks back there was a discussion of issues with migrating customized ARS 6.3 solution to ARS 7.1. At that time some one (probably Axton) suggested upgrading remedy to ARS 7.1 but not upgrade ITSM (or whatever they call it now).
Question: Has anybody tried the above mentioned approach - upgrade ARS but leave all the apps as is? I was looking into this option and wanted to know if there were any gotchas.
