Hi All, A simple issue that hopefully has a simple answer!
Do I need to install Mid-Tier to consume a web service? To quote the documentation: "AR System communicates with the web service through the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), involving the third-party web service server (Apache AXIS) installed with the BMC Remedy Mid Tier." If I don't need Mid-Tier is it hard to set up Apache AXIS or is there another option?
