Hi,
I guess that you would want your filter to run at each transaction but
only during the designated times.
This could work in theory:
$TIMESTAMP$ - $DATE$ >= 25200 AND $TIMESTAMP$ - $DATE$ < 68400
Otherwise I would suggest that you do this in two filters.
First filter sets an integer field to ($TIMESTAMP$ - $DATE$).
The second one checks ('tmpSecondsToday' >= 25200 AND 'tmpSecondsToday' <
68400)
