It's one of those military contracting requirements, albeit a stupid one because even if the other products are "cheaper", we're not going to dump our Remedy installation anyway.
I know I could go to some websites and request quotes, but I don't want to get on their phone/email lists and get spammed the rest of my life just because I have to "check the box" on this requirement.
