Some notes on ITSM 7 installation: If you install the various components, disable the Email Engine Service before you install Incident Management; otherwise your installation will fail and there will be no way to get a good working system again unless you reinstall everything... ref: KM-000010007371, SW00259388.
As stated before, the licensing is different. You can license the server directly after the server installation; you'll only need to have a license key for the server itself; the rest you can just enter through the user tool. Also what is mildly confusing is when you bought the ITSM Service Desk app you will need to install and create licenses for Financial Management app, the Incident Management app and the Problem Management app. If you just put in a license for the Service Desk app, that will not do...
