Michael,

It lists SharePoint Services 2.0 (6.0.2.8122) when I check the Site
Settings.
Things would be simpler if I had a contact but the people that set up
the sites are the equivalent of Remedy ARS Subadmins who only touch the
tools build to administer an Application. No real backend knowledge.

Carey mentioned checking for a Java API but again I have no contacts for
real "under-the-hood" work.
I'll try contacting the DBA, if I can identify them.
Thanks,

John,

We have a successful implementation here. The base idea is you
have to create a Direct SQL action in a filter to push the data to
sharepoint and vice versa to delete the data from sharepoint. Right now
we are only sending to one sharepoint list, so I have the SiteID/ListID
hard-coded on our form. My first enhancement is a menu that would get
the "list of lists" from Sharepoint and allow the user to select which
list they want to use.

What version of Sharepoint are you using?

Michael

ARSystem

Hello Listers,

Has anyone done a Remedy - SharePoint integration?
We have multiple SharePoint sites with calendars and would like to come
up with an interface that lets us push the same event to two or three
calendars from a Remedy form.
Thanks,
