I am having problems trying to display the search and advanced search
buttons on the HPD:Helpdesk form (Helpdesk Application 5.6). In the
administrator tool I opened my HPD:Helpdesk form then I clicked on Form-
current view - properties and on the menu access tab I checked options
search, new search and advance search in the accessible menu items. When
I open the form in search or add mode, the form does not show the
changes. I used the same procedure to show or hide buttons on my other
forms and there is no problem. I also tried opening my HPD:Helpdesk form
then I clicked on Form- current view - properties and on the menu access
tab I checked all the accessible menu items on all views. The form looks
the same when I open it after my changes. 
 
Environment: --- AR system 6.3  --- Microsoft Windows server 2003  ---
SQL server Database  --- Helpdesk version 5.6
