We've only used the 701P3 user tool. We have many other date fields on many forms so that is not the common factor. The other core fields did not change length.
I'm assuming you've tried making a new form to see if it does the same thing. Have you 'saved' your existing forms at all since the upgrade? Let us know when you figure it out. Good luck!
