While creating service targets though we are having a problem with a Filter-API that does not seem to be found. On pressing the Goal Type menu, we get an ARERR 8755 - The specified plug-in does not exist : REMEDY.ARF.SLASETUP Looks like there is still some more missing configuration as a search on the list archives, I noticed that there is a server-alias configuration lines to add to the ar.conf file which I haven't done as yet - pending advise from Remedy support.. My colleague was told by support to manually key in those lines in the respective configuration files. We weren't offered any good reasons as to why these lines might have gone missing in the first place. The possible reasons my colleague was told that this might be a result of, do not sound good, and we highly doubt them..
