Hi Listers.  Hopefully someone out there has run across this.  We are using
v 6.0 patch 21, of the Remedy Email engine, AR Server 6.3 patch 20, and
Customer Support 5.0.

 

 When a customer submits an email to our Remedy system, the body of that
message is pushed into the details of the Issues form.   This works fine,
except Remedy does not push the HTML Body from the AR System Email Messages
form from a Lotus Notes account into the Issues form.  In fact, the html
tags are displayed as text on the Messages form.  Does anyone know of a way
to parse out the tags and push the html body from the Messages form into the
Issues form?  Is this something specific to Lotus Notes?  I don't seem to
have this problem with any other HTML email. Is anyone using a 3rd party
parsing tool?
