If we use line item element of XML Data type e.g. (item name) in Output Mapping while calling a web service by using filter with option maxOccurs="unbounded" then it will give error 2986 while mapping this XML element to any field of a form. Actually we need only first line item in required form's field. This external Web Service can have multiple line items but we need only first line item. We checked it in advanced guide also but there is no information related to such type of cases. Is there any way to come out of this problem ? Thanks to please share your valuable suggestions.
