I have the next situation: for the management of the Status of the registers in the form HPD:Help Desk, I am added a new option in the field ConsolidatedStatus of the form SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole for then modify this option created in a map existing of the form SHR:ARDBCnumLookup, but after modifying the map that already exists so that aim to the new option created the change is not taken. Perhaps it is necessary to reset the Remesy service or something same so that the map existing aim to the new option of the field ConsolidatedStatus? can you help me, please?
