I don't know if this is even the correct use of a global field b/c I haven't used them much - but maybe you could use a global field that you set the Tab label to on gain focus - then you could legitimately use the Change Field action on Display-including in the Run If qual 'global field' = "this tab"..

I am trying to improve loading time of records and one of the items I want to do is change the tables so they don't auto refresh unless the user clicks on the tab that contains a table. The only issue I can see with this is when they have multiple records in the results pane and choose another record they are still on the same tab so it will not refresh. If I have it refresh on Display I'm back to the same issue of tables loading information that may not be needed. Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
