Hi everyone:
I'm casting my net for ideas. I have a couple fields on a form that in CREATE and MODIFY mode need to be displayed as text. In SEARCH mode, however, it needs to be displayed as a normal field so the tech can see he can type in it to run a search. It would be nice if I could do a simple change fields action in an AL, but that's not an option in 6.3. So...any ideas? The only thing I can think of so far is making an image of normal fields, placing it under the fields in question, and then showing it only when Mode = Query. If someone has a more elegant solution, I'd appreciate it.
