The problem was resolved after I had deleted those records in these tables
as well, B369C300615200, B369C300615300 and B369C300615400.

Just check out which fields are indexed with the unique flag set, and ensure
that you are not trying to add a value that already exists for that field.
Example:
I have created two character fields with first name and last name, and set
unique flag set for last name so that when we saved duplicate data with same
last name then it will generate an error message ARERR[382] because last
name has a unique flag set.

Please do check for the unique index is required for the fields. If possible
try to customize with minimum index to the fields.
