Perhaps the update works in conjunction with AR Server and Mid-Tier. Meaning, below it shows that the AR Server 6.3 is unpatched. Do you have another patched AR Server that you can point your new Mid-Tier at? Michelle

We just installed patch 21 (Mid-Tier), and now we go in a ticket that was created at 6:21, and in the mid-tier the time shows up as 5:21 while the User Tool shows up as 6:21 as expected. This is confusing since it's not even DST yet... I checked the registry key in windows 2k to validate it was updated, and it was. I also checked the java version, and it's 1.5.0_06, which I thought showed to be DST compliant.
