Tyrone, We created a "Dispatcher" permissions group. Added "Dispatcher" permissions to those individuals on the Help Desk. Then added the "Dispatcher" permissions group to the Password field on the User form. The Help Desk folks can then make password changes without needing admin permissions.

Thanks. ________________________________________________________________________ _______ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are" _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
