All, I'm rebuilding my mid-tier this weekend and after seeing an earlier thread on the prefetch functionality I duely started looking through the docs for 'how it works' only to find nothing :-(
Does anyone have any supplementary documentation on how this rather handy looking functionality works, is configured and then executed?
