Good day

Has anyone ever run into the following error when upgrading their remedy
core ? We are getting the following error and are not 100% sure on where to
start looking. We have logged a urgent call with BMC software however they
havent come back with anything as of yet:

Due to the "Returning 2" - this step is causing the upgrade to fail. We
have deleted all entries in the FTS collection folder, truncated FT_Pending
as well as disabled FTS via the Server configuration.

Any advice would be appreciated.
