Hi listners, At this moment Remedy doesn't officially support IE 7.0 in combination with the 6.3 midtier. However, Remedy says that it "should work" without any problems. This is the answer Remedy support gave me: "6.3 and 7.0 Mid-Tier are not supported with IE 7.0 but "SHOULD" work ok, we do not know of any issues with these version of Mid-Tier (other than the tabbing issue which is in 7.0.1 as well)...7.0.1 Mid-Tier does support IE7 with the one known limitation of multiple tab feature which we will not be addressing until next release of Mid-Tier ."
