Hi Guys We are busy looking at the integration of Virtual Chat with our internal Lync application and wanted to know if someone can please offer some advice here.

So if we have multiple servers, do we need to apply the steps to all the servers or just one? The balancing of traffic on these servers is done using DNS round robin. If anyone has done this before, please can you let me know.
