Hi Has anyone integrated Skype with BMC Remedy at all? We are looking into options in which a chat conversation could be started for a call and the chat log is added as a work info to a ticket when the chat is finished.
I am busy investigating options however wanted to know if anyone else has done this sort of integration before.
