*Required Skills*: - BMC Remedy 7.x/8.x Administration/Development experience in UNIX environment - ITSM Applications experience - Analyzes legacy and custom ITSM related systems and defines requirements for collecting, integrating, and supporting the use of Remedy Tools to provide an ITSM CMDB. - Follow ITIL based process and procedures and escalate for technical assistance with the vendor as needed for incident response. - Support operational maintenance windows and after hour support requirements.
