Stephen, In short, no, there is not a "merged" zip file for either of those. For the UserWorld 2006 docs alone, the zip would be 200+ MB. I know it is cumbersome to download them one at a time, but there is a pretty good search feature that should find the ones you're most interested in fairly quickly.
