is an Selection field called 'Parse Message' Are you submitting messages to the normal AR System Email Messages form or some other form? You might try to stop and restart the Email engine. Every email that is sent to our email engine using a template (old style) is rejected by the email engine with a SEVERE 311 error (I can't find anything on this in the BMC/Remedy KB). Then in the email error log form I have several entries for each email that was received that says: Field ID is not related to this form 18085 Field ID is not related to this form 18100 Field ID is not related to this form 18098 ...
