Narrowed the issue down. It is somehow Related to having CR XI Developer installed on the PC.
Regardless of the Client - installed.. AS an Admin - it runs fine, as a user it gives the error. Folder permissions is not the issue.. Maybe permissions to Windows folder ? On 11/30/06, patrick zandi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
