Good Afternoon, I am currently investigating upgrading our current ARS 6.3/ITSM 6.3/Windows/Oracle environment to ARS and ITSM 7.0.1.
As a potential interim step, I would like to upgrade ARS to version 7.0.1 while retaining the ITSM apps at version 6.3. >From what I understand, this is quite straight forward, simply upgrade ARS and leave the previous assignment and approval engines in place. The questions I have are: 1. Should I retain the previous version of the email engine or install the new one? 2. Is there anything else thet needs to be done regarding licensing, apart from installing the ARS 7.0.1 license? 3. Is there anything else I need to take into consideration?
