?
This is caused by one of the "business time" built-in processes (e.g.
Application-Bus-Time-Add, Application-Bus-Time-Subtract, or
Application-Bus-Time-Diff). There are a number of arguments/parameters
passed to the process when executed (via Run Process or Set Fields using
$PROCESS$), among them is an identifier for a record in a holiday table.
The error you're seeing is caused when the Run Process or Set Fields can't
find a record with the name provided as an argument/parameter. The form
name is Business Time Holidays.
The arguments are positional. This error usually happens when one of the
earlier arguments is null/empty (field reference to an un-set field, for
example). You'll probably have to enable logging (Filter and maybe Active
Link) to see what's being passed to the process.

I did see this one time, there was a SLA that we removed but some of the
workflow got left behind.
We found it by seeing the SLA Number showing it the log files

Subject: No Holiday Definition Exists with the Specify Tag
Hi all,
Wonder if you can help me please. On the change module of ITSM 6.0 running
on ARS 6.3 I am getting the following error: No Holiday Definition Exists
with the Specify Tag, on modify.
This use to be a bug in version 5 and 4. Did anyone experience this in 6.0?
Kind regards,
Fritz
