Hi all – our company is in the
process of attempting to get quotes for several Knowledge Base products to bold
into our 6.0 ITSM suite. We already have quotes from Right Answers which
looks very impressive. I need to recommend a few other products so we can
perform due diligence on our end before submitting anything through to
Purchasing. What are some of your favorites out there? I have never
worked with a KB outside of Remedy’s built-in Solutions, so have never followed
any of these threads.
