I tried with and without a tcp port specified. I never specify an rpc
program number when logging in using either ther user or admin tools.

I am probably going to rebuild the box and retry the install to see if
that corrects the issues.

Axton,
Would you, by chance, be logging in with an RPC port specified? I had some
issues creating forms and fields when specifying one in my Accounts
section. When I tried to create a new form, I'd get the message "Form01
does not exist on the server", and the window would close. I'd check the
Form list, and it wouldn't be there, but if I did a 'F5', it would refresh
and display 'Form01'. I was then able to change the name of the form.

When I created fields, let's say 5 new ones, and tried to save the form,
I'd get "unable to save/update form" error. I would try to save 5 times
(one for each field added)and would get the error every time, but the 6th
time it would save fine.

Turning off the specified rpc port during login resolved the issues.
