Hey Guys, I think that got it. The solution (editing the field ID in the .def file) was so simple and obvious (20-20 hindsight) that I can't believe I didn't think to consider that. I'm also very surprised that Remedy Tech. didn't suggest that trick either. Normally, I'm very pleased with the help I receive from them. Thank you very much for your persistence in helping me resolve this problem. I haven't tested all of the workflow yet but the form definitely imported and comes up when you click the search button on the control panel. It's possible I may have to adjust some AL's or macros to accommodate the change in the field ID.
