Not to put too fine a point on the nature of NDA's but... If you sign a non-disclosure agreement you are bound to it's terms regardless of what information is made public. Most NDA's have a time limit (ie, you will not disclose info before Jan 1, 2007) but if it is not - and you signed it - you are technically bound by it forever.
