I18n Patch for Help Desk 6.0
1. Run the following command: driver -u "<username>" -p "<password>" -s "<servername>" < "<path to HelpDesk.bat file>\HelpDesk.bat" HelpDesk.bat file is located in the ..\Helpdesk folder 2. Install Help Desk patch: Run ..\Helpdesk\patch_files\Setup.exe 3. Run the following command: driver -u "<username>" -p "<password>" -s "<servername>" < "<path to Asset.bat file>\Asset.bat" Asset.bat file is located in the ..\Helpdesk folder 4. Install Shared Component patch: Run ..\Shr\patch_files\Setup.exe This is the readme file. When I try and run the command from a command prompt I get an error. What am I doing wrong? I am just standing up a new server with the 6.X ARS and Apps (HD, CHG, AST). Trying to apply patches. I have also run it this way too.
