I18n Patch for Help Desk 6.0

1. Run the following command:

   driver -u "<username>" -p "<password>" -s "<servername>" < "<path to 
HelpDesk.bat file>\HelpDesk.bat"  

   HelpDesk.bat file is located in the ..\Helpdesk folder


2. Install Help Desk patch:
 
   Run ..\Helpdesk\patch_files\Setup.exe  



3. Run the following command: 
   
   driver -u "<username>" -p "<password>" -s "<servername>" < "<path to 
Asset.bat file>\Asset.bat"  

   Asset.bat file is located in the ..\Helpdesk folder


4. Install Shared Component patch:
 
   Run ..\Shr\patch_files\Setup.exe 


This is the readme file.  When I try and run the command from a command 
prompt I get an error.  What am I doing wrong?  I am just standing up a 
new server with the 6.X ARS and Apps (HD, CHG, AST).  Trying to apply 
patches.

C:\>driver -u "Demo" -p "" -s "ServerHostName" "C:\HelpDesk\HelpDesk.bat
'driver' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I have also run it this way too.

C:\Helpdesk>helpdesk.bat driver -u "Demo" -p "" -s "ServerHostName"

I get this message:

C:\Helpdesk>init
'init' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk># Delete Field
'#' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>dsf
'dsf' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>Remedy Management
'Remedy' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>301118800
'301118800' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>0
'0' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk># Delete Field
'#' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>dsf
'dsf' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>Remedy Management
'Remedy' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

C:\Helpdesk>301118900
'301118900' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

...it repeats this kind of error
