ecobuild is returning on the 06-08 March at London's ExCeL and under new
independent ownership, things are set to be very different.
The event has been designed and built around the industry, bringing to life the
latest technology, freshest thinking and most innovative materials to keep
architects and specifiers at the forefront of the built environment.
The renowned CPD accredited knowledge programme has been shaped around the UN

Conference Programme
Providing an interactive platform for examining the big issues facing the built
environment and creating an action plan for change. Topics will include; the
economics of housing, the question of standards and quality in a post-Grenfell
world, the matter of ethics, public interest and a shared code of professional
conduct amongst others.

These dedicated areas will unite the many distinct communities that make up the
built environment. The districts will each have curated exhibitors, workshops,
inspiring feature areas and full-scale builds. Additionally, each district will
include its very own CPD accredited seminar programme.
Sustainability Showcases
Surrounding the conference arena, the sustainabiility showcases will feature
two full-scale builds, including the zero net carbon home from ZEDfactory, The
Hive, pocket park created by The Edible Bus Stop Studio and the WasteZone,
curated by architect and environmental activist Duncan Baker-Brown.
