Google+ a social networking service by Google which was in invite only
phase now have been opened to public for registrations.
Google Plus is still in beta phase. Age restriction limit is also still
present which was said to be removed when Google+ will be available to the
public.
However, everyone can now join Google+ without invitation needed. Go to
plus.google.com and login with your Google ID (Gmail ID).

It is a site like Facebook by Google.
