OK. So for the time being I am afraid you will have to stick with listener ports based on your requirements. I would note that NON-ASF doesn't guarantee strict message ordering as transaction recovery can happen asynchronously at server start up - or indeed while the server is already up, in case of a connectivity issue with WMQ - which can result in out of order messages.
